Piña King Alfredo Climaco started bartending in Acapulco, Mexico at age 17. Just like the famous death defying local cliff divers, Alfredo defied gravity and lifted those around up with them. He took a serious chance opening a bar in the middle of a pandemic, one that would ultimately claim hisself a victim.
